Products Repair

1. Contact with RMA engineers to get the RMA number

2. Download and fill out the form " RMA from"

3. Ship the RMA products to us with the RMA number outside the packaging box.

4. RMA department deals with testing and repairing,usually this will last 3 to 6 weeks.

5.Repaired products are returned to the customer,if additional charges are incurred,customer needs to arrange the payments.
